What is Pure Mindfulness?

Pure mindfulness is a simple and uncomplexed method of awakening one’s mind, reconnecting with the heart of deepest self and living a conscious life.

Based on Trimatrix Healing Technique it helps in self-realisation and self-actualisation process. From the “feel good” aspect of feeling relaxed to becoming aware of one’s hidden powers and desires, this technique builds upon the inner resources of the individual. It unfolds layers after layers that hide the power source that sits within each of us.

You don’t have to stand on one leg or on your head. You don’t even have to breathe yourself to breathlessness. All you have to do is to be and relax.

What are the benefits of meditation and mindfulness?

Being aware and being present in one’s actions is the key to happiness, success, and harmony. Each thought that we get becomes a building block to an action that eventually leads to a reaction. Pure Mindfulness triggers the individual to become the observer and conscious player in his or her life. With an awakened observance follows profound changes and new beginnings.

Mindfulness or Meditation?

Mindfulness is to be “aware”, meditation is the path to awareness. Mindfulness is a word coined to coat it in a form that is acceptable to those who find the word meditation a bit heavy.

But one must not confuse creative visualisation with mindfulness or meditation. Creative visualisation is used to create a primary pathway to connecting the observer and the observed. Since we are creatures of imagination, creative visualisation helps one to imagine things to initiate the process of going deeper within the self. Once that pathway is created the process of mindfulness or meditation begins. What follows is profound experiences filled with perfect synchronicity of positive events in one’s life.

Thus, to be mindful will help one towards deeper experiences in the state of meditation.
